This is a very good hardcover copy with a very good dust jacket with just light cover wear. Scuff marks to back cover and back pannel of jacket. SIGNED by both Horst and Lawford, in ink on the half title-page just beneath the title. Not inscribed to anyone just signed. Stated first edition. Illustrated throughout in black & white, and some color with photographs by Horst. 12" high X 10" wide, 396 pages. Scarce signed. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
