First Indian edition. "This book is an account of the journeys of AbuAbdullah Mohammed (1304 - 1358) of the family with the name of Ibn Battuta. He set out from his town of Tangier on 1325 on pilgrimage to Mecca. in 1333. Everythig in India interested him. After many adventures he returned home in 1349. In all he seem to have trversed nore then 70.000 miles."
