This is a near fine hardcover copy of this RKO Radio Pictures Annual from 1939- 1940. White linen with metal spiral binding, RKO emblem in gilt and black on front cover. A few minor scuff marks to the covers. This was Frank Ambrose's personal copy, his name in pencil at the bottom of the first page, a short statement by George J. Schaefer about this year's annual productions. Illustrated throughout in black & white with photographs of movie stars of the period, promotional copy about the films, photographs of the novels involved in the fims. etc. Rare survival. 14" high X 11" wide. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
