8vo., First Edition, with portrait frontispiece and 12 plates; handsomely bound in full burgundy crushed morocco, sides with gilt frame border, back with raised bands, second and fourth compartments ruled and lettered in gilt, all other compartments tooled in gilt, gilt top, hand-made endpapers, a most attractive copy ideal as a gift or for presentation. The author's account of her brother, who posed as a disaffected Englishman in order to penetrate senior Nazi circles. Duke played his role to such effect that subsequently he was very nearly executed by the Allies. Enser, p.397.
