The book is completely clean inside, spine darkened. Top page edge gilt. Translated by S.J. Adair Fitz-Gerald, Introduction by Ben Ray Redman, Designed by J. Van Krimpen, Illustrations Drawn by Frans Lammers and Engraved on Wood by Gilbert Poilliot. Limited edition of 1500 copies signed by J. Van Krimpen and Frans Lammers on the colophon.
