Con 12 tavole f.t. di vedute inc. in acciaio (Losanna, Lucerna, Susa, Prali, Mont Cenis, Salbertrand, Torrepellice, etc.) ed una carta topografica ripiegata in antiporta. Edizione ottocentesca, rivista ed aumentata da Acland, della storia dell'esilio e del Glorioso Rimpatrio dei Valdesi nelle valli Pinerolesi nel 1690. Arnaud, pastore valdese a Torre Pellice, fu colui che guidò prima la resistenza armata ed in seguito la Rentrée, ottenendo nel 1694 dai Savoia un editto che garantiva ai Valdesi la libertà di culto. (La prima edizione, rarissima, apparve nel 1710). Buon esemplare (minime sporadiche fioriture), ex libris di Mons Anderson al contropiatto ant. Muston p.14. Hugon & Gonnet n.1686.
