8vo., Fourth Impression thus, some moderate offsetting from fold-ins to free endpapers; black cloth, gilt back, a very good, bright, clean copy in unclipped dustwrapper, the latter dulled at backstrip and with light browning on (predominantly white) rear panel. With striking dustwrapper artwork by James Holland. Published three months after the first UK edition. ALL EARLY PRINTINGS ARE SCARCE IN THIS CONDITION.
