Illustrated by numerous engravings, 1 vol. in-8 reliure demi-basane verte à petits coins, Printed for Thomas Tegg, London, 1831, IV-710 pp. avec 51 planches hors texte Bel ex-libris "Pologna catolica, Manoir Leliwa". C'est à la fin des années 1880 qu'un comte polonais, Michel Leliwa de Rohozinsky, acheta cette propriété à Nice, dans le quartier Fabron. Il chargea alors son compatriote, l'architecte Adam Dettloff, grand prix de Rome, de transformer la bâtisse existante en château médiéval de fantaisie à partir de 1890. Etat très satisfaisant (dos frotté, des rouss.). Complete with the 51 plates (spine slightly rubbed, some foxing, a few waterstains on the corner).
