Carta Topografica della Città di Ferrara

INEDITA pianta di Ferrara pubblicata nella città estense dalla Litografia Guitti, verso la metà del XIX secolo. La pianta, realizzata in litografia, è ultimata da due legende manoscritte, con richiami – sempre ad inchiostro – all’interno della stessa. Sul lato sinistro troviamo una legenda alfabetica (A-c) di 28 richiami ai “Luoghi rimarchevoli” della città; sul lato destro un’altra legenda numerica (1-29) descrive le “Chiese”. L’opera non è descritta dalla bibliografia. e probabilmente, come dimostra la parte manoscritta, non venne mai pubblicata. La città è suddivisa in 4 quartieri, contraddistinti da colore ad acquarello. Poche o nulle le informazioni relative alla Litografia Guitti, se non il fatto che stampasse a Ferrara le sue opere. Bellissimo esemplare, con più volte ripiegato, leggere ossidazioni, per il resto in ottimo stato di conservazione. Rarissima. The plan, made in lithography, is completed by two handwritten legends, with references - always in ink - inside the same. On the left side there is an alphabetical legend (A-c) of 28 references to the "Remarkable places" of the city; on the right side another numerical legend (1-29) describes the "Churches". The work is not described in the bibliography. and probably, as the manuscript part shows, was never published. The city is divided into 4 districts, marked by watercolor. There is little or no information about Litografia Guitti, except for the fact that he printed his works in Ferrara.
