Portrait of Jacques Callot, bust-length, turned to the left, in oval cartouche with grotesque mask in the upper part; coat of arms with stars in the lower part. Lettered with production detail: “MLasne delineavit et fecit”, “Israel amicus optimus excudit”, title, and three-lines Latin text: “En Miraculum Artis, et Nature.”. This portrait is known in two versions in which Callot faces in either direction, both were published by Henriet in 1629. The original drawing by Lasne is in the Museum at Nancy. Bulino, 1629, in ottimo stato di conservazione.
