William Pinnock (1782 - 1843) è stato un editore e scrittore educativo britannico. Inizialmente commerciava nella città natale di Alton, nell'Hampshire; trasferì l'attività a Newbury, nel Berkshire, nel 1811 e a Londra nel 1817, quando acquistò i locali della Literary Gazette al 267 di Strand in società con Samuel Maunder. Orginally trading in hometown Alton, Hampshire; moved business to Newbury, Berkshire 1811 and to London in 1817 when bought premises of the Literary Gazette at 267 Strand in partnership with Samuel Maunder.
