8vo. 2 pp. on bifolium. With autogr. address. Thanking Charles de Beauregard for an article in "La Gazette de France" about her debut at the "Théâtre-Italien" in Paris. She is unsure whether the Parisian audience enjoyed her performance: "[.] Etrangère au public parisien, je n'en ai pu tout-à-fait deviner le goût la première fois [.] mais je tâcherai à l'avenir de létudier ce goût et de m'y former. De plus en plus: c'est une idée de progrès et de perfectionnement après la quelle j'ai toujours soupiré [.]". Taccani Tasca had in 1835 married the poet Ottavio Tasca (1795-1872). Their son Giulio Tasca (1838-1902) was a well-known Italian patriot and philanthropist. - With blindstamped initials. Traces of folding; remains of seal.
