Initials crossed out on front end paper. No other marks or inscriptions with a little very faint creasing. A very clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards, minor bump to top of spine and no bumping to corners. 160pp. The author arived in this British Protectorate in the 1960s as a very inexperienced doctor where he was expected to cover all aspects of medicine with sole responsibility for the medical care of many thousands of people. This is his story.
