FIRST VOLUME SIGNED BY BOTH AUTHORS ON FRONT FREE ENDPAPER. 'Kip & King' is the standard reference; this is a bright, clean set comprising: Volume One: 1978 (second and heavily revised version of the first edition of 1973); Volume Two: 1979 (first edition).
