The present book is on The Freedom of Man and His Attitude towards Environment; Contemporary Challenges and Moral Strategies. Eminent scholars of various universities across the country have contributed to it. The moral strategies are the least discussed issues when environmental concerns are taken into account. It is significant in presenting the problems regarding above dimension, but at the same time it deliberately deals with notions of human freedom. This is so because unless and until the unbridled desire to control the nature in the favors of humans is curved and curtailed, no moral strategies could be formulated to shape human behavior to conserve, preserve, protect and respect the environment as a whole. Apart from elaborating upon environment and ecology from the scientific, technical, economic, tourism, and social perspectives, the book presents articles on moral strategies to strike a balance between environmental interest and human freedom clubbed with the sense of responsibilities. The present book is a rich discourse of the issue of human freedom and environment with reference to classical and contemporary paradigms. The moral strategies explored within the above philosophical paradigms, had reference to the problems faced in the real life of the people at ground level, be it economic concern, global warming, development and deterioration of the natural resources.
