This is an about very good copy in the original softcovers, bound in brown paper-covered boards, title in gilt on the spine, by a private New York library in the 1950's. Bearing their distinctive bookplate and several small handstamps, and 'withdrawn' stamps, but generally very clean. This is the 1921 facsimile reprint of Luis de Camoes 1521 classic reprinted in letterpress by the Biblioteca Nacional in Lisbon. Some toning and soil to the original bound in softcovers, but the text of the poem itself is very clean. 10" high X 7" wide, [6], XXXVI, [4] 186 text pp, + 50 pp. 'Apparato Critico'. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
