The first five volumes have neat uniform blind-embossed personal stamp on front free endpapers; seventh volume has neat contemporary signature on front free endpaper; eighth volume is A PRESENTATION COPY FROM THE AUTHOR WITH HIS SIGNED HOLOGRAPH INSCRIPTION ON TITLE.
