On joint 2 lettres autographes signées de l'auteur à Michel Suffran. Très intéressant document consacré au poète Gaston Galard de Béarn (1907-1978) et à son épouse Myriam Parera. Leur trilogie sur Gaston Phoebus fit l'objet d'une adaptation télévisée en 1978. Le récit du tremblement de terre de Yokohama (le grand tremblement de terre du Kanto) en 1923, auquel il survécut par miracle, est très impressionnant, et l'on peut bien dire assez hallucinant (avec crevasse qui engouffre les victimes et attaque de bandits coréens) ! Le père de Gaston de Béarn, le Prince de Béarn, était alors Conseiller au service de l'Ambassadeur de France au Japon qui n'était autre que Paul Claudel !
