This is a fine three volume set with virtually no wear, all held together with a large flat yellow rubber band. Completely clean. The large volume 'Noma Recipes' is a hardcover. The 'Journal' volume is a softcover, and the smallest volume 'Snap Shots' is also a hardcover. All three books document the process of thinking up interesting recipes and trying them out. Noma is a three-Michelin-star restaurant run by chef RenÈ Redzepi in Copenhagen, Denmark. Illustrated with color photographs and black & white drawings. The 'Noma Recipes' volume is 11" high X 9" wide, 240 pages. The 'Journal' volume is 9" high X 7" wide, 216 pages. The 'Snap Shots' volume is 6" high X 4" wide, unpaginated. Large heavy set, foreign shipping will be extra. This set will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
