London, The Palaeontographical Society, 1849. 4to (26.9 x 21.0 cm). 40 pp.; seven lithographed plates. Later blind half cloth over plain boards. Original printed label mounted on front board. = A detailed study, being one of the earliest Monographs of the Palaeontological Society. Well-illustrated and containing many new species. A less common, bound copy. Scattered, mostly light foxing, the pages and plates weakly creased, otherwise a very good, unmarked copy.
