First edition, 8vo, xii, 100pp., folding engraved plate to rear (slightly creased), lacking the volvelle used for illustrating wind direction and the setting of sails that would have been tipped into the front pastedown (as usual), later rather amateurish half calf, patterned boards with label lettered in gilt on upper cover.
