Original printed front wrapper bound in. = A well-illustrated monograph, by the American zoologist Frederick William True (1858-1914), first head curator of biology (1897-1911) at the United States National Museum. A seldom seen bound copy. Weak blindstamp in the lower margin of the title page; a chip in the margin of plate 37, otherwise a very good, clean copy. No foxing, or offsetting.
