First edition, 4to (260 x 205 mm), x, [2], 183, [1]pp., folding engraved map with outline colour, 4 folding engraved plans, additional large colour folding map bound-in at end (with short closed tear), some light spotting and offsetting, contemporary half morocco, marbled boards, Somerville House (County Meath) stamp in gilt to head of spine, some light cracking to joints otherwise a very nice copy. Provenance: With engraved armorial booplate bookplate of Sir Marcus Somerville (4th Baronet, circa 1772-1831).
