This is a very good hardcover copy with a very good dust jacket with almost no wear. Signed by the photographer, Christopher Felver, in black ink, on the title-page, just underneath his printed name. Signed and dated 2004 San Francisco, but not inscribed to anyone, just signed. All photographs are reproduced in black & white. Stated first printing. 13" high X 9" wide, 208 pages.
