Traduzione di Santiago Castroviejo, illustrazioni di Pierre Joshep Redouté/Fossier. 12 volumi; dieci contengono mille tavole (tutte le specie illustrate da Lamarck); 2 volumi contengono i testi con le descrizioni complete delle 2.900 specie illustrate, oltre a indici e saggi. La definizione dei colori è stata eseguita, manualmente, mediante “pochoir” dal miniaturista Michel Marty, con tempera e acquerello, che garantisce, oltre alla difficoltà e rarità, la durata e il valore delle stampe; la carta utilizzata è la "vélin d'arches" di 250 grammi. Legatura in pelle di capra, bordeaux, con doratura a secco. L'edizione originale spagnola è limitata a 200 copie numerate e autenticate. Condizioni ottime (quasi nuovo). Botanica de Lamarck.
