Descripción
A sheet of wove paper (10 x 12 cm) inscribed and SIGNED on one side by facial surgeon Paul Tessier (Evian, August 25, 1961), and on the other side by Jean-Jacques Gauthier of the Académie Française ("La Plage"--doubtless a restaurant, August 7, 1962). From the exemplary collection of maître d'hôtel Maurice Guérin, who worked from the 1930s to the 1960s at top restaurants in France and aboard the S.S. Normandie. Faint traces of adhesive remains, else in excellent condition. A UNIQUE AND FASCINATING ITEM.
