A sheet of wove paper (10 x 12 cm) inscribed and SIGNED on one side by Pierre Dac , and on the other side by Francis Blanche (in 1952). From the exemplary collection of maître d'hôtel Maurice Guérin, who worked from the 1930s to the 1960s at top restaurants in the South of France and aboard the S.S. Normandie. Minor adhesive remains, else in excellent condition. A UNIQUE AND FASCINATING ITEM.
