Pretoria, Transvaal Museum, 1930. 8vo (25.2 x 16.7 cm). 29 pp., 29 text engravings, two plates. Original pictorial wrappers. = A well-illustrated paper with many new species. Contained in the Museum's Annals, 14(1), with two other papers of herpetological interest, viz. "On the South African species of the genus Zonurus" [= Smaug] by J. H. Power (nine pp., text figure), with a new subspecies and key to the taxa, and "Notes on some labyrinthodonts in the Transvaal Museum" by R. Broom (11 pp., ten text figures), also with new species. Uncut. Unopened. Stamp on the front wrapper and first text page of the Labyrinthodon paper, the Fitzsimons and Power papers entirely clean. Rare.
