Asuncion, "La Tarde", 1904. 12mo (16.7 x 11.8 cm). 50 pp. Original printed wrappers. = Very rare translation into Spanish of a paper on boundary disputes between Paraguay and Bolivia, first published in a German journal on South America, the Sudamerikanische Rundschau No. 1 of volume XII, published in Berlin in April 1904. Written by Richard Friedrich Eberhard von Fischer-Treuenfeld (1835-1907), a civil engineer and Consul General in Paraguay for the Kingdom of Saxony. A very good copy.
