It contains four chapters as 'Dimag ve ruh' (Mind and soul); 'tefekkür' (contemplation); 'vicdan' (conscience); and 'tefekkür ve dimag' (contemplation and mind). Last chapter contains translation of a letter by Dr. Karl located in the book of Dr. Ch. Letourneau. Some spiritualistic views and practices are criticized in the work in which subjects are taken from a materialistic perspective.
