First edition of this collection of stories, a highspot of modern Catalan literature. One of 15 large-paper copies on fine, thick wove paper. The regular copies were printed on cheap wood-pulp paper, and are now crumbling into dust. This copy signed and inscribed by the author to Catalan publisher and intellectual Ramon Miquel y Planas. 8vo. Original Japan paper wraps, decorated with a beautiful modernist design by Anfos Monegal on the front cover. Light wear to wraps and fading to spine. Uncut and mostly unopened. Internally bright and fine. Exceedingly rare.
