At the same time it traces the influence which motorsport had on the development of the original Saab 92 and the 93, 96, 96 V4, 99 and 900-series cars which have succeeded it, and recalls the exploits of some brilliant drivers like Erik Carlsson, Carl-Magnus Skogh and Stig Blomqvist, who have done so much to glorify the image, not only of Saab, but of rallying itself.
