Briand, whose help is specifically mentioned in the acknowledgments (p. 8). This copy is furthermore twice SIGNED BY FERRAN ADRIA, in the front flyleaf and on the title-page. 8vo. Original printed wraps. Some wear and tear to wraps, with a small piece missing from corner of front cover. Internally FINE AND BRIGHT. Rare. No copies of this first edition in WorldCat.
