Text and plates printed on fine laid paper; music printed on fine wove paper. 8vo. Unprinted wraps, as issued. Traces of wear to wraps but still in very good condition, inside and out. Housed in a very attractive custom-made chemise and slipcase with bookplate of André Damien. AN RARE BOOK IN PRISTINE CONDITION. Copy in BN but, as far as I can tell, nowhere else.
