His word 'robot' was introduced into the Oxford English Dictionary. Tucked in is a note to Professor Dumbreck by the author plus comments on other printed extracts about Capek. From the Personal Library of the late John Dumbreck, Emeritus Professor of Russian Studies at the University of Manchester.
