This is a very good softcover copy with just light wear. Completely clean. Text in French and English. Essay by Jean-Jacques Leveque. This catalog gives a brief summary history (4 text pages) of the exhibitions at Galerie La Demeure in Paris until 1968. This gallery was well known for presenting contemporary tapestries and wall hangings by mostly French artists. Works by Mategot, Lurcat, Le Corbusier, Dom Robert, Borderie, Prassinos, Tourliere, Julien, Lagrange, Wogensky, Picart le doux, Saint-Saens, Singier and Gilioli. All these artists are represented with at least 1 tapestry illustrated in black & white. Also color photographs and b/w of the gallery with different exhibitions. 11" high X 8" wide, about 16 pages.
