La prima rappresentazione ebbe luogo al Daily's Theatre a Londra il 25 Aprile 1896. Presente nome della sartoria, scenario e attrezzi, maestro concertatore Raffaello Ristori. Note manoscritte in copertina tra cui una Carnevale 1912. In buone condizioni. Brossura editoriale mancante (vedere foto). Legatura in buone condizioni.
