One copy of the extremely rare first issue, published by the University of Groningen as a doctoral thesis. All copies of this issue were retained by the author or exchanged by the university library. One copy of the rare second issue, published in Assen. This text has not been re-issued or re-published since. 4to, original wraps. Spines faded, else near fine.
