Beautifully rebound copy of the 1909 Minority Report in marbled boards. A very small amount of faint highlighting in ink. No other marks or inscriptions to slightly yellowed pages. No creasing to marbled covers or to spine. A clean very tight copy with bright unmarked boards and no bumping to corners. The first few pages have been professionally reworked. 716pp. The four authors did not agree with the Majority Report from the Commission so this Separate Report was written and published along with the main report.
