Original printed wrappers. = A well-illustrated paper, including some spectacularly coloured butterflies, and their caterpillars. This is the complete Novitates Zoologicae, volume XXIII(3), which includes another lepidopterological paper by Baron Rothschild, a few papers on Coleoptera by Karl Jordan, and five ornithological papers by Ernst Hartert, one with a fine hand-coloured plate by the famous bird-painter Henrik Grönvold, and another with notes on the little Bustard, with one plain plate. Uncut. An excellent, clean and unmarked copy.
