XVI, 1695 pp. ONE OF ONLY 20 NUMBERED COPIES PRINTED ON FINE DUTCH LAID PAPER. The other copies of the edition are printed on cheap wood-pulp paper, which is browning, crumpling, and unpleasant to handle. 4to. Attractively bound in contemporary three-quarters cloth and marbled boards. Entirely uncut. Minor wear to extremities of bindings, else FINE AND BRIGHT. Large-paper sets of this important publication are of the greatest rarity--even the Bibliothèque Natonale doesn't have one.
