An rare and beautiful suite of ten large folio woodcuts by Roger Grillon: five bucolic depictions of nymphs (printed in black) and five decorative fantasies (printed in sanguine). There is also a title-page and a justification, both adorned with smaller woodcuts in the same vein. Edition limited to 110 copies, all printed on fine Rives wove paper. SIGNED by Grillon under the justification. Large folio (53 x 40 cm). Contents loose as issued in heavy paper folding case. A little bit of wear to case, else FINE AND BRIGHT. Complete sets are very rare.
