Later half cloth over patterned boards. Spine with printed title. = This very uncommon work describes 106 species of fish collected in Icelandic waters. Included are synonyms, and notes on their occurrence (distribution, frequency). A bibliography contains 115 references. The map with fish grounds is quite detailed. The small pictorial, ichthyological/ornithological bookplate of "Kühlmann" pasted on the rear pastedown. A very good, spotless copy. Dean II, p. 379.
