Original burgundy cloth. Slight wear on the hinges, slight foxing on the pages, and small tears on the folded plate, overall a very good copy. Oblong foolscap 8vo. (11,5 x 18 cm). In Ottoman script (Old Turkish with Arabic letters). 27 p., one huge folded plate (45x58 cm). Extremely rare booklet of regulations of the Post-Constitutional Turkish Naval Ranks introducing new ranks with an attractive huge folded plate including 60 lithographed visual ranks.
