Descripción
Natural History, ethnographical sketch of the Natives of Point Barrow including vocabulary and list of ethnological specimens collected, meteorology, magnetism, tides, earth currens, narratives etc. Washington, House of representatives, 1885. 4to. 695p., 1 folded map, 10 fine photographic plates, 5 woodengraved plates, 2 chromolithographs of birds, 3 plates of which one a tinted lithograph, total being 20 plates. Orig. calf. = Of special interest because of the Natural History Research and espacially of Arctic birds with its fine plates signed J.K. (John Keulemans?), not in "feathers to brush". Front hinge broken, otherwise very good.
