Aren 1853-1855 and Grill, J., Jagt-och Naturbilder ur den aflidne unge Naturforskarens bref och dagböcker. Stockholm, Bonniers, (1863). XVI, 160p., 9 lithographs ofwhich 4 in colour and the rest tinted, depicting an Elephantmouse and a nice Lori bird and views of South African landscapes incl. also a nice cave called 'Cangogrottan' all after pictures of Victorin. Orig. pictorial lithographed wrappers (spine a little worn). Uncut. = First and most probably only edition of Victorin's narrative of his travels in South Africa in 1863/65 edited posthumously from his diaries and letters with notes by Grill. Contains interesting information of the fauna of South Africa and is in a very good condition with the original pictorial wrappers intact.
