Le Caire, Société Entomologique d'Égypte, 1912. 4to (30.0 x 20.4 cm). 78 pp.; four fine, lithographed plates with explanatory text leaves. Later blind wrappers. = Rare paper by the British entomologist Walter Francis Innes (1858-1937), here named Dr. Walter Innes Bey. It contains detailed descriptions and fine illustrations of mantids and blattids (no grasshoppers), after drawings by Edgar Chakour. The wrappers, known to be thin and ephemeral, are lacking. Uncut. Very short tear in the - uncut - fore edges; otherwise an excellent, clean and unmarked copy.
