This a good+ hardcover copy in a very good dust jacket with one small stain on the right edge. Signed and inscribed, by the architect, Richard Meier, to a friend and client, on the title-page, dated 1979. The first few pages of the book are wrinkled at the right edge, as if a moist hand or several fingers grasped these pages, and left an impression. This has also taken some of the color of the mat black endpaper and stained the right edge of the half title-page. The rest of the book is very clean. The dust jacket is virtually complete, one tiny chip on the rear bottom edge, a few closed small tears to edges, also a faint stain on back panel lower edge. The bimding is firm. There is no stiffness, or mustiness. Sounds worse than it is, we offer it as a scarce signed example. 10" square, 238 pages. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.
