Liége, published by the editor, 1863. 8vo-sized (23.6 x 15.2 cm). = A fine illustration of a beautiful purple rose "André Leroy", named after the 19th century Antwerp rose breeder, and engraved in stone by the botanical engraver L. Severeyns-Michel, from the famous botanical illustrators-family Severeyns, or Severeijns. Slight age-toning, small spot in the top margin; pinpoint holes and tiny chips in the right margin, otherwise very good, clean. Nissen BBI, 2218.
