THE SEPARATELY PRINTED ERRATUM SLIP, OFTEN MISSING, IS MOUNTED FACING B1. The portrait of the author is by Sargent; the art deco binding by Charles Ricketts. EXTREMELY SCARCE IN THIS CONDITION.
